Ingredients
Tuna salad
- 2 cans tuna 2 x 160 grams
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- lemon juice of half a lemon
- 1 handful capers
- 2 tomatoes finely sliced
- 1 tsp dill (dried)
Tuna melt
- 6 slices whole wheat bread toasted
- 100 gram grated cheese
- your favorite hot sauce to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven grill. If your oven does not have a grill setting, heat to the highest temperature.
- Mix the ingredients for the tuna salad well.
- Add olive oil or mayonaise to make your salad more creamy if needed.
- Spread the tuna salad on the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Grill for about 5 minutes. Monitor carefully, you don't want the cheese to melt and brown slightly.
- Sprinkle with your favorite hot sauce.
