Ingredients
Main ingredients
- 300 gram bulgur weat cooked according to instructions on the packet
- 4 tomatoes in cubes
- 3 spring onions finely sliced
- 100 gram dried cranberries
- 100 gram feta
- 1 handful flatleaf parsley, chopped alternatively use koriander and/or mint
Dressing
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice to taste (first add juice of half a lemon, add more to taste)
- 1 tsp dill (dried)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)

Instructions
- Prepare the bulgur according to instructions on the packet. Let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
- Mix the main ingredients.
- Mix the dressing and stir though the salad.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with some extra parsley, feta and nigella seeds.
